Use common sense sometimes. It works wonders
There are now over hundreds of patrol boats circling singapor at every time, annihilating his chance of escaping overseas. The only way he could leave is by boat or swimming. Boat idea is out because of the patrol boats. He cant swim cos he shattered his legs on a fall escaping from a prison in indonesia.
That leaves the causeway
He could hide in a car, but that would be near impossible with all the checks going on now
He could try running past but i doubt he could get past the soldiers with a limp
He could destroy us from the inside with chemicals smuggled from overseas (EG FRANCIUM) but that's what police dogs are trained to detect.
Ok that leaves changi airport
Tough luck. Self explanatory
AKA He either escaped within the first hour and is overseas now, meeting with his allies. Which would be a big problem considering that they might strike back anytime, even as we speak
He's in the jungle Which SPF is sweeping. Woots
He's dead Yay us
He's hiding in someone's house, in disguise or in canals and such good for him, then we will find him eventually but it will take lots of time.

How do u know he cant and he might just be turning over a new leaf thats why he not doing anything. As I also said before, if he can break out he can do anything to Singaproe too its like a piece of cake to him Think further back. If he turned over a new leaf he wouldn't BREAK OUT from prison 3 times and not go back without force.

Precisely. I know he is very smart and resourceful, but with security so tight, it would be stupid of him to make himself seen. A piece of cake to break out of Singapore? u try.

I smuggled at least 200 piratd Cds and 30 boxes of chewing gum in over th epast 2 yrs Wow Best security! And the latest was when my cousin smuggled 10 bxes of chewing gum with Mas Selamat's escape and security 'tightened' He could try running past but i doubt he could get past the soldiers with a limp Thats a piece of cake to him He could destroy us from the inside with chemicals smuggled from overseas (EG FRANCIUM) but that's what police dogs are trained to detect. Please seperate quote from statement. d**n hard to tell what from what I am using it. No Youre not There are now over hundreds of patrol boats circling singapor at every time, annihilating his chance of escaping overseas. The only way he could leave is by boat or swimming. Boat idea is out because of the patrol boats. He cant swim cos he shattered his legs on a fall escaping from a prison in indonesia. Causeway Hah! Security is tight hah! And the latest was when my cousin smuggled 10 bxes of chewing gum with Mas Selamat's escape and security 'tightened' Security dogs are meant to sniff out deadly chemicals such as the highly nucleatic or radioactive ones as well as criminal's / forbidden person's scent, not chewing gum. Or else it would be barking 24 / 7 and the causeway would be 50 % filled with people in detention rooms. PS: About the smuggling. Try hiding a man in your car, 160 cm tall, very obese That's a piece of cake to him Break your own leg and run past singapore security screaming "i'm armed" Which is precisely why he has turned over a new leaf You're contradicting yourself here. I don't see Osama turning over a new leaf anytime soon even though he's not restricted. No not self explanatory. He has turned over a new leaf Yes, self explanatory. He can't hijack a plane without arms, which he does not have. SPF reports he is not armed. What are you, his spokesperson? the idea here is, he hasn't acted not because he doesnt want to and become goody two shoes, rather that he cant now due to lack of materials. Well im gna hold it against you if he comes back and booms your house. If he wanted to turn over a new leaf he wouldve done so... ermm... yeah. BEFORE he broke outta prison a 3rd time. The very fact that he BROKE OUT shows that he didn't turn over a new leaf, get it? If anyone BREAKS OUT of prison, what does that tell you? If he turned over a new leaf he would wait his 50 years dammit. and die in there waiting. Wow .SPF is the best in the world. They have checked every nook and cranny of Singapore Baka. all i said was that they were sweeping, not that they covered every spot. Even with a million tintin's (a few hundred times of SPF) its still impossible to search the whole of tioman island (less than half the size of singapore). Ever wondered why? Refer to first sentence, you aint using common sense much, just randomly tossing points which dont collaborate. Please seperate quote from statement. d**n hard to read

Please do not belittle our national security! He could try running past but i doubt he could get past the soldiers with a limp Thats a piece of cake to him What kind of worthy comment was that? You don't know him well enough to know exactly how bad his limp is.He could destroy us from the inside with chemicals smuggled from overseas (EG FRANCIUM) but that's what police dogs are trained to detect. Which is precisely why he has turned over a new leaf Even if he wanted to do that, mourningfrost is trying to point out that it is near impossible to attempt anyhow!Ok that leaves changi airport Tough luck. Self explanatory No not self explanatory. He has turned over a new leaf I'm not even going to bother to respond tactfully to this one. This is a debate, not an argument!AKA He either escaped within the first hour and is overseas now, meeting with his allies. They have checked every nook and cranny of Singapore We never did suggest that SPF is the best in the world. Besides, its not easy, with Singapore's limited SPF manpower, to perform a HDB to HDB wide search. He's dead Yay us He's hiding in someone's house, in disguise or in canals and such good for him, then we will find him eventually but it will take lots of time. webmaster

Tintin, what makes you think that MSK has turned over a new leaf? You think finding him so easy? Give some time lah dammit. Besides, Hes limping. I know you say that hes trained but how on earth do you expect him to outrun several trained guards? Chewing Gum? We are talking abt a human and not chewing gum dude.

that's because in the detail of the moment, our point was that it was for the greater good and he retaliates that they might've turned over a new leaf. This is our retaliation point as he uses MSK as "evidence" which i find kind of a dumb thing to do.
If you want me to bring in a new point, i will
It is POINTLESS to gamble thousands of lives over the very SLIGHT and TINY possibility that a terrorist is going to turn over a new leaf all of a sudden. I believe everyone, including the opposition is not going to oppose my statement (lol) that it is definitely a much safer and fairer idea to carry out the proper punishment for the guy who deserves it rather than risk thousands of lives hoping the first guy becomes good.

don't use that in the actual debate. That can be turned around to mean something like its our fault. Rephrase the sentence to : and we make sure he's guilty and deserves punishment before meting it out.

You fail to comprehend that MSK is an example, rather than a topic. tintin's aim is to establish the use of evidence , or an example to prove his point, but our objective is to totally deny the use of that example as his statements prove to be highly opinionated
