There are so many of them. Some more adaptable than others, some don't even allow you to move something from the top right corner to the bottom left corner. So... Which site builder to choose? Here are two which I have tried. If I'm not wrong bravenet also has a site builder.
Freewebs.com
Not bad a site builder, allows you to create content boxes which can house text, as well as videos, pictures and even allows you to add your own html. It even has quite good a preview screen within the site builder, where the content boxes are only denoted by red dotted lines. It is not bad, very adaptable and you could almost use it like a drag and drop. But the keyword there is ALMOST. The content boxes have to come one after another, and you cannot position things exactly where you want them to like move this content box right to the bottom of the page. Instead, the bottom of your page is determined by where your last content box ends. Of course you could hold down space the previous content box reaches where you want your next one to be but thats cheating and cheats never beats. Also, they would not allow you to build a site from scratch even with the web builder, you are forced to use one of their pre-made skins and the banner is non alterable!!! That's what I hate most about Freewebs. They have lousy skins with no banner or good skins with inappropriate banners. So there.
