Well, Zhihao has it, Xaviar has it, YJM has it, I look like I dont but i have it. A giant leap for microsoft's office suite, applying a whole new layout. Firstly the title and menubars have been scrapped and thrown out of the door in place of the new tabs! These make the layout much neater, although the livelyness of it makes it harder to find stuff. Secondly, the all new microsoft office has cool stuff like making your pictures slant at angles, and cool effects, as well as new wordarts which look nicer than the old ones. But alot of people argue that the old ones are nicer, but they are still obtainable in office word 2007. Thirdly, there is that wierd office button. It looks so cool, but its really the same as the file button of the old Office ppt 2007. The new themes are also very attractive to the eye, and they look much nicer with better effects. The only drawback is the fact that they are saved as *.pptx files, meaning that office 97-2003 cant view them unless they have some codex which I forgot where to dl but I have it . But even still, I reckon you cant edit it, and if you save it in compatibility mode, the old office still cant edit the new features except for the graphs which only difference lies in the better design. Rating-8/10 Very big leap but a step too far. I think microsoft is pressing for the vista transformation too fast. Schools like ours just love XP for no apparent reason. Or you can send me ideas and I will write on them.
