I'm posting this thread so that our techno guys can respond to the other members enquiries about techno geek stuff
I'll start: Is it true that no matter how many times you delete a file, it can be recovered?

Yes unless you shred it because all files in the computer leave a trace which allows you to recover the deleted file even if it was deleted 'permanently'(Don't ask me how but it is possible). Shredding gets rid of the file and the trace, making it seem that the file never existed.

Yes I found out how to recover those permanently deleted files. There are softwares designed for the job like Uneraser and File Recover.
BTW there is the tech support stand for these questions.
