P.S.Webmaster should change the name of this Board because the people inside only talk about soccer

Ok. Here goes. The basic rules.
1. Each team consists of 11 players - 10 outfield players and 1 goalkeeper 2. Each team can only substitute their players 3 times, and after their players are substituted, they are not allowed back on. 3. A match lasts for 90 minutes with a 15 minute interval after the first 45 minutes. 4. There may be time added on after 45 minutes or 90 minutes. This is called injury time. This depends on how many times the refereee has had to stop the game. 5. The referee has 2 assistant referee and 1 fourth official. The assistant referees are called linesman and they stand on different sides of the field - each in a different half. They sometimes help the referee to make decisions. They also help to spot for offside players. The fourth officials show time added on and also to calm angry managers down. 6. Offside means that 1 or more of the opposing players are behind the last defender when the ball is being played to them. However, if the ball is being played and they are in a offside position but they do not interfere with play, then it is not offside.
Can others help me add on? Making the full list is exasperating.

a goal is scored when the ball fully crosses the line of the goalpost
the ball is considered out of play when it totally crosses the parameter of the field meaning fully crossing the line
when a player's hand comes into contact with the ball, it is a handball DUH!
u can use any part of the body to hit the ball except the hand or the arm (if im not wrong)

I don't quite get the offside part. Call me a slow learner but at least I'm trying to fit in?

Example: A is playing with B. A is attacking, and 1 of A's players(let's call him hi) is behind B's last player(excluding the goalkeeper). If any other of A's player passes to hi, then it is an offside and possession returns to B. If Other A players(lets call 1 of them yo) passes it to another A player and hi is not intefering with play, then it is not offside.
Don't worry if u don't get this. I bet a lot of the soccer people in class took quite long to get it too.

I think that is too complicated Simple explanation Boon Eng is playing as goalkeeper. Marcus passes to you but there is nobody behind you except goalkeeper. That is called offside
