Dear members, Here is BV Episode 3. Unfortunately for Wesltw and Chestee (and for everybody else, as you will soon see), this is the forum's second cryptex hunt (ooh). There won't be just thinking, there will be locating as well. Unfortunately, I don't have any clues for you. But maybe you should consult the other person who could help you. And before you go, heres a piece of advice: Its not about confusion, its about disillusion.Good Luck, webmaster

No. The word Crikey has no relation to him in this thread. I just used the word to say 'Crikey! Yet another cryptex hunt!'.
If you are in need of help for quests, you should consult the: ________ board(yes its a board).

Sorry guys, times up. Wesltw had actually almost finished the entire cryptex, but he had gotten stuck at the final piece of the puzzle. And, after you finish reading the following solutions, you will realise, that the password to the bank vault was a huge and shocking deception. Step 1: this thread. My message to you was clear enough for most people to understand. This 'Hidden Helper' was none other than the board that had been isolated for a very long time. The 'Quest Helper' board. Is it not obvious? The description underneath the board states 'Maybe if you have the password, you could come and visit me...'. So what was the password?! Actually, you should already have it. Please observe this sentence carefully: Its not about confusion, its about disillusion.Need I say more? The password, as stated, is none other than the word disillusion! (At this point your quest is about 20% completed) Step 2: Quest Helper One of the most confusing clues appear here. You should see this message: Welcome to Quest Help!
Your theme for today is SKIN.
There are many different types of skins. The most common that we know of is the skin on our body. But todays theme is based on the much different form of skin.
Our Quest help library is jammed with helpful tips on SKIN. I presume that from what admin has told me, you would like a reference to a specific help guide in our library. This guide is located under our library Index 10, shelf 'foplire' . Of course, almost nothing goes straight in Quest Help library, so our digital instructions might be a little messed up.
IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FROM YOUR ADMIN
Here is how to play a cryptex quest. All so often, there will be hidden subboards in our forum (they are invisible of course). To access them, you will have to modify the url of the board. Look at the bolded part of the following url:
acs115silas.proboards105.com/index.cgi?board=general
To find the board, you will have to enter a keyword (of whihc you will find out) in the place of this word 'general'. Wesltw will explain itto you if you do not understand.
Good luck. The INSTRUCTIONS FROM ADMIN were just instructions on how to proceed. But still...Library?! SKIN?! Index 10?! foplire?! Whats all this??? Its really quite easy. SKIN does not refer to real skin. It refers to FORUM SKIN. Library and foplire are related. foplire is a direct anagram to 'profile'. The 'library of skins' is obviously found in your profile! Most of us know this, as we have somehow changed skins before. Index 10 refers to the 10th skin in the library index. All forum skins are specially arranged in an arrangement which you can see by viewing the list of all the skins directly in your profile. If you count down 10 from the top skin (which is 'Christmas'), you will be surprised by the astonishing answer... 'Dedicated to minesweepermaster'To be continued...(I will double post just this once)

Great, I'll set the questions in the way which I do on the forum, and find a way to sneak past the paper checker (maybe I'll tempt here with a cryptex hunt?), and give it to the students. I'll make sure they all fail before I get fired. Haha.

Wow Luckily we don't take Cambridge exams or we will just get owned by webby's evil and disillusioning cryptex hunts. I mean seriously those are tests for Mensa members!

One thing Wesltw...please try not to post one word posts. Its takes up some forum space. Maybe you could try longer posts? Ok back on topic... After you type in the minesweepermaster url ( acs115silas.proboards105.com/index.cgi?board=minesweepermaster), you will see this sentence in the thread. TThis cryptex hunt is a short one. I just wanted to test your skills. This is the most offtopic clue that was given in this Cryptex Hunt. No prior information was given on the reproduction of this sentence, and this sentence gives no clues at all. The only reference I seem to be making in this sentence is...no reference at all. This would sadly require you to try every single word which I have posted in that sentence to try to find a new subboard. Hoever, most people who immediately assume that key word to be 'skills'. Indeed it was. acs115silas.proboards105.com/index.cgi?board=skillsProceed, and you would see something very wierd indeed. It seems completely out of place... I like sandwiches...especially the meat in between them.
foplirgMost people would first ignore the sentence, and work on the word below it. foplirg. From all prior experience with my quests, you would assume that foplirg was an anagram, and start trying out. However, you would realise that foplirg spells nothing at all. WHAT?! You exclaim. WHAT DO YOU MEAN NOTHING?! The key in this puzzle is to TRACK BACK. Look at all the steps that you have completed. Anything familiar? Yes. Remember the Quest Helper? He did tell you this: This guide is located under our library Index 10, shelf 'foplire'.It suddenly registers to you. A cannonball to the gutThe 2 words you have now are 'foplire', and 'foplirg'. The only noticable difference is that the original letter 'e' is replaced by the letter 'g'. This is the time whereby you look at our mystery sentence: I like sandwiches...especially the meat in between them.Slices of bread covering the meatLook carefully that what I'm going to type next: A B C D E F G H Our obvious differences are in e and g. A B C D E F G H 2 slices of bread...E and G. And finally: The Meat. The object wrapped in between the bread. A B C D E F G Need I say more? foplirf(I'm going to double post now. Please pardon me this once.)

acs115silas.proboards105.com/index.cgi?board=foplirfThe very first cryptex (which Wesltw and Chestee tried) was a vicious one. The branches on the secret tree were numerous, and there were many dead ends. When you enter the board 'foplirf', you might be fuming... You'd better check your sources. It seems that you have been directed here over page error. Get back to what you were at before, and try again.BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP Your heart stops for one second before you smash your fists into your newly bought keyboard, thus snapping it into 2. You have been tricked by the adminAt least, thats was Wesltw thought when I was on the phone with him. Most people would be furious and give up, but little do they know that they are just 1 step away from the gold! Get back to what you were at before, and try again.AT this point of time, as I reveal the secret to you,you find yourself zooming back to what I had stated at the beginning of this tutorial guide. 'And, after you finish reading the following solutions, you will realise, that the password to the bank vault was a huge and shocking deception.' Its true. When I stated 'get back to what you were at before', I meant it literally. What were you guys at before BV episode 3?BV episode 2You desperately check back to the solutions thread of BV episode 2:
Sorry guys, YOU LOSE! The prize has just evaporated into thin air...(actually it was flash-frozen)
Step 1: Oughtn't Talk Above Go to the Bank Vault
Step 2: All fury kitchen! Think Carefully
Step 3: We shortened parts Enter the password
Step 4: Rowdy Journey Era (Oh dang...I forgotton...but it has to do with celebrating over your riches)
AT this point you must be thinking: What the heck is he talking about?!
The bolded phrases above are the unscrambled versions of the instructions. The answer is as clear as ever now. It may still seem confusing, but just think...
Give up? Well sir, please be so kind as to refer to Step 3:
Enter the password
Got it? NO? *groan* Well, the pass code to the bank vault is none other than thepassword! Pass codes do not have spaces within them.
If you HAD broken the vault, you would have seen a thread 'Congratulations!' with the following message inside...The password to the Bank Vault, for episode 3, was still none other than... thepasswordGuys... You've been jacked... Seriously.... You guys had the password all along! I had even told it to you straight! webmaster
