Explanation
Max Chain Lightning as it is your cookie cutter skill. 300 damage at level 4 CAN kill.
Maxing Unholy Fervor is as good as buying RoR with and additional speed boost, however, Chain should take priority over this.
Storm Seeker is an ulti good for farming, and also handy when engaging enemies 1 on 1. Say, you engage your enemy for 13 seconds and your ulti is level 3, you would have done 480 damage without attacking him. Cool huh?
Depending on your survivabilty, Frenzy can be pump from lvl 10 onwards or level 17 onwards.
Item Build
And if time allows...
Explanation
Razor, with Power Treads 65 additional movement can already outrun many heroes, so BoT is not really needed. The additional AS is a bonus.
The butterfly makes him a fantastic Hero by giving him 60 damage, 30 Agil among others. The evasion is a big bonus.
Buriza gives him critical strike and extra damage. what more do you want?
Radiance, together with Storm Seeker ensures that the time an opponent spends soloing you will be a very hard one...
Assualt Curiass, Makes you an insane hero with whoknows how much attack speed and gives you lots and lots of armour...
Gameplay
Early Game
Items
Early Game is where Razor starts to build up his insaneness. If possible, solo a lane because you will need to farm for your Butterfly. If you want you can also get an RoR for early game. If you are playing with 5 people, Forgo boots because Razor won't rely on ms. Yet. Head back to base when you have around $2000 and get your Quarterstaff.
Mid-Game
Items
Optional:
By mid-game, you should have maxed Chain Lightning. Chain Lightning now deals 300 damage and you can start killing people now. But you need a help of a teammate. For Now. Or you could solo another lane and try to get your Eaglehorn and possibly butterfly by lvl 14-16.
Late Game
Items
Optional:
Razor at his sparkling best. Almost unstoppable in any 1 on 1 or even 2 on 1 situation. Be careful though. Razor's health is not that high and is seceptible to ganks.
Best Allies:
With their awesome stunning and/or slowing capabilties and with rather high damage too, They allow Razor to maximise his attack speed which is absolutely deadly.
Worst Enemies:
These heroes can bring you where you don't want to be at ALL times, and these allows people to gank you easily. Only take them on when they are alone or you have a teammate nearby.
Conclusion:
Razor is a great High attack speed hero with a pretty good mana pool for an agil hero. However, do be aware of ganks as Razor has a rather puny health.
